This notice explains how Brush & Coat, a trading name of HandiKeep Limited (company no. 17489997, registered office: 31 Roycraft Avenue, Barking, IG11 0NR), collects and uses personal information when you contact us or use our services. Questions: handikeep@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Your name, company, email address and phone number.
• The address of the property and access information.
• Photos, videos and descriptions you send us.
• Records of the work we do, including photos, and invoices.

How we use it

• To give you quotes and answer your questions.
• To plan and carry out the work, and report on it.
• To send invoices and keep business and tax records.

We use your information because it is needed to provide the service you asked for, to meet legal obligations such as tax records, and for our legitimate interest in running our business.

Who we share it with

• Decorators who carry out your work.
• WhatsApp (Meta) and Gmail (Google), which we use to communicate with you.
• Google Drive, where we keep job photos.
• Our website host, Hostinger, and our accountant where needed.

We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Invoices and business records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted after 12 months.

Our website

This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which shares your device’s IP address with Google.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it by emailing handikeep@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
